New Churchill Website Has Launched

It’s alive!

Churchill has had a website for a number of years, but is was extremely dated and limited in its capacity.

One of the highest priority tasks has been to leverage current technology and best practices to bring our website into the modern realm.

So here it is, our new site which has been completely redesigned from the ground up with the following features:

State of the art servers ensure it is always available and quick to access.

Fully responsive so it’s is optimised and adapts itself depending on which device you are using to view it whether it’s a laptop, tablet or mobile phone.

Incorporating our online shop allowing you to purchase any of the items that are available in store from the comfort of your home.

Built in forms and a database allowing you to schedule pickup and delivery services.

Provide feedback on your experiences with us and review our products allowing us to continually improve.

Notification of any special offers and discounts that are currently available.

Answer any questions about our service via our FAQ.

Our ‘Cleaning Blog‘ will have new weekly articles with hints, tips and survival guides for all things fabric cleaning related.

A dynamic website integrating fully with our social media accounts. That way you can be notified of anything new that is happening without any effort. You can simply click on the information that catches your eye and you’ll be brought straight to the right place.

It’s a brave new Churchill world … and you’re part of it..

Vintage gown I had borrowed a vintage ball gown from my sister and spilt some drink on it. Churchill managed to remove the myriads of stains and it looks as good as new. Can’t thank them enough and in future they will be my go to place for dry cleaning

I wore my sister’s vintage red ball gown to a party and unfortunately some type of drink spilt on it. Churchill had been recommended to me by a friend so I thought I’d try them before I confessed to my sister that her dress may have been ruined. Churchill reassured me that they would do their best and I wasn’t disappointed. I went to collect the dress today and it’s as good as new. I can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend them to everyone. You won’t be disappointed and they’re nice and friendly too

Fabulous dry cleaners! I had a major blueberry stain in a brand new top that was given to me as a gift the night before I stained it. As soon as it happened I took it to the cleaners and they made it look as if nothing had happened. Also lovely friendly people to encounter, will definitely be using again (hopefully not for a stain though next time).

When I stepped into Churchills today, a lady was there to pick up a T-shirt she was certain would be ruined. They handed it back to her spotless and she was overjoyed.

I had come to see if they could repair a fat zip that had become misaligned on my expensive Belstaff coat. They couldn’t promise anything and said that they would probably have to replace the zip entirely.

I left it with them expecting to pay quite a bit for the job. But got a call 15 minutes later to say they had managed to fix it themselves. (I had tried myself quite a few times without any luck).

I went straight back to collect it. They refused payment even though I had the cash out on the counter and tried to make them take it.

These guys are clever, generous and really care for their customers. I’ll definitely go back and use them every time from now on.

Really wonderful service, friendly, and helpful. The people there are very knowledgable and really put effort in to help you. I have taken many items in to be cleaned and they always come out as new. When I thought that I had ruined a new coat they perfectly cleaned it, explained everything to me, and the customer service was just fantastic.

I've been using dry cleaners all over the UK for a long time and this is by far the best place.

I have used them for both dry cleaning and alterations and have found them to be amazing, helpful, polite and efficient. Work completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales, excellent service all round, Malik and the rest of the team were friendly and very helpful.
